Manage campaigns
Open Campaigns to find saved drafts and launched campaigns. A draft is preparation; a launched campaign has delivery work and history. Passing a draft’s proposed launch time does not start it.
| What you need | Guide |
|---|---|
| Prepare now and finish later | Save and resume a draft |
| Check the audience and start | Review and launch |
| Choose a future time or distribute delivery | Scheduling |
| Understand a failed or uncertain send | Delivery and recovery |
| Finish or remove an exercise | Completion and deletion |
The list combines drafts and executions, with drafts first. Use the lifecycle filter to narrow it. A failed refresh keeps the last confirmed data and provides a retry; don’t treat stale data as confirmation that a launch, deletion, or delivery has finished.
Each campaign belongs to its creating account. Resource edits and the campaign’s saved tracking policy have different lifecycles. Review the current selected resources before launch and use copies when independent content versions are needed.
